Pregnancy is a beautiful journey — but it also comes with real physical demands. As a mother of five, I know firsthand how pregnancy can affect your body: the low back pain, hip tension, swollen feet, sleepless nights, and the emotional overwhelm that can come with it all.

My prenatal massage sessions are designed to gently support your changing body while providing deep relief from the discomforts of pregnancy. Using safe, side-lying techniques and therapeutic touch, I focus on relieving tension in the low back, hips, shoulders, and legs — all while creating space for you to truly relax, breathe, and reconnect with your body.

Whether you’re in your first trimester or nearing your due date, each session is tailored to your unique needs and stage of pregnancy. My goal is to help you feel more at ease, better rested, and deeply cared for — because you deserve that now more than ever.
